Have I Got Psoriasis? Psoriasis Pictures Website

The little I have read about Psoriasis. (mostly the blurb from Miralex ie. genetic, knees, elbows, groin, scalp, etc.) tends to make me think that I have psoriasis. But it is a ‘here today, gone tomorrow’ thing and I’ve been to my doctor and dermatologist to be told it is eczema (Psoriasis).

They of course prescribed ointments (talk $$$) with some kind of hydracortazone or other. Well, I hated the way the stuff felt on the skin and the grease spots left behind, so being the lazy soandso that I am I’ve not gotten any more nor have I applied any for months. Anyways, making short story shorter…any websites with Psoriasis pictures?

Psoriasis Pictures Website – Answer
Your dermatologist should be able to tell you definitively if it is psoriasis or eczema, so maybe you’re lucky and do not have psoriasis. However, here are two sites with photos: http://www.psoriasis.org/ (Natl Psoriasis Foundation)

Yeah there is a site with Psoriasis pictures or too – one I found referenced to in a request to fill out a survey a couple of days ago at this ng. If you click on the link you’ll find an encyclopaedia with lots of pictures etc. Good luck – for your sake I hope it isn’t Psoriasis.
